Trading and investing can lose you money, including all of it. Nothing on Brokers Alerts is financial advice, and a Trusted status on a broker review is not a guarantee that trading with that broker is safe for you. Read this before you act on anything you find on this site.
Trading and Investment Risk
Forex, CFDs, and other leveraged financial instruments carry a high level of risk to your capital. You can lose your entire deposit, and with some leveraged products you can lose more than you put in. Past performance of a broker, a strategy, or a market has no bearing on future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
This is Not Financial Advice
Brokers Alerts publishes broker reviews, complaint data, and educational guides for informational purposes. Nothing here is personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to open an account, place a trade, or avoid one. Speak to a licensed financial adviser in your own country before making any trading or investment decision.
What a Trusted, Neutral, Scam Warning, or Under Review Tag Means, and What It Doesn’t
Our status tags reflect the outcome of the review process described in How We Review: regulation checks, license verification, complaint history, and withdrawal testing at a point in time, and a published, weighted score.
A Trusted tag means a broker passed that process and cleared our score threshold when we last reviewed it. It does not mean Brokers Alerts guarantees that broker’s conduct going forward, and it is not a personal recommendation that this broker is right for you.
A Neutral tag means we completed the same review process and found no confirmed pattern of fraud or withheld withdrawals, but the broker’s score didn’t clear the bar for Trusted status. It is not a warning, and it is not an endorsement, it means the evidence didn’t go strongly one way or the other.
A Scam Warning tag reflects our editorial assessment based on the evidence available to us at the time of publication, drawn from regulatory records, complaint patterns, and user-submitted reports through Report a Broker, and is reserved for a confirmed knockout finding (an unverifiable license, an active regulatory warning, or a documented withheld withdrawal) or a composite score low enough to indicate a consistent pattern of poor performance, not simply a below-average one.
An Under Review tag means we have an open investigation or don’t yet have enough evidence to classify a broker into any of the other three tags. It is a placeholder for pending work, not an accusation, and should not be read as a negative signal on its own.
We correct the record when new evidence changes any of these assessments, and a broker can move between any of the four tags as new evidence comes in.
User-submitted Reports
Reports submitted through Report a Broker reflect the experience described by the person who submitted them. We review reports before they influence a broker’s public status, but we cannot independently verify every detail of every submission. If you believe a report about your business is inaccurate, contact us at support@brokersalerts.com and we will investigate.
No Guarantee of Accuracy or Completeness
We work to keep broker information current and each review carries a visible last updated date, since regulation status and complaint history change over time. We do not guarantee that every detail on this site is accurate, complete, or current at the moment you read it. Regulatory status in particular can change quickly. Always verify a broker’s license directly with the relevant regulator before relying on it.
