How Brokers Alerts Makes Money

Brokers Alerts is free to use. Some of the brokers we link to pay us a referral fee when a reader clicks through and opens an account. This page explains exactly how that works, which pages it can appear on, and the one line it can never cross.

Referral links only ever appear on Trusted broker reviews and on Best Brokers pages, once those pages exist. They do not appear on Scam Warning reviews, Neutral reviews, Under Review listings, or anywhere in the Report a Broker flow. A broker can’t pay to be reviewed, pay to be listed as Trusted, or pay to have a Neutral or Scam Warning status removed or softened. If a broker’s status changes, it is because our review criteria found something that changed it, described in full on How We Review, not because of a business relationship.

Where We Stand at Launch

Brokers Alerts has not turned on monetization yet. At launch, no broker review carries a paid link, whatever its status. This page describes the policy that will govern affiliate relationships once they exist, so the rule is public before the first partnership is, not after. When a partnership goes live, this page and the relevant review will both say so, and the last updated date below will move.

How Compensation Works, When It’s Active

Where a partnership exists, Brokers Alerts is typically paid when a reader clicks a broker’s link and opens or funds an account with that broker. We are not paid for traffic alone, and we are not paid differently depending on what a review says. The commission structure has no line item for a favorable verdict.

Current Partners

None yet. Brokers Alerts has no active affiliate partnerships at this time. This section will name each partner by broker as soon as one goes live.

What This Can Never Buy

No payment, past or future, changes three things: whether a broker is tagged Trusted, Neutral, Under Review, or Scam Warning; what a review says about a broker’s regulation, complaint history, or withdrawal testing; or whether a report submitted through Report a Broker gets investigated. Editorial calls are made by the process in How We Review, and that process runs the same whether a broker has a commercial relationship with us or not.

Any page carrying a referral link marks it in the page itself, not only here. Look for a short note near the link (for example, “Brokers Alerts may earn a commission if you open an account through this link”) on Trusted reviews and Best Brokers pages. If you ever see a paid link on a Neutral page, a Scam Warning page, or anywhere else it shouldn’t be, that’s a bug, not a policy, and we want to hear about it.

Questions or Concerns

If you think a review, a status tag, or anything on this site reads like it was influenced by a payment, tell us at support@brokersalerts.com. We will look into it and correct the page if we got something wrong. This is also the address for general questions about how our affiliate relationships work.
